Policies

A deposit is required in order to reserve your service dates. Paperwork must be filled out completely for all our dogs safety. Paperwork can be filled out online under the Intake Forms tab or we can provide a paper copy upon request. Please review all boarding policies prior to booking to avoid unexpected fees. We do charge for unfixed dogs, excessive accidents or property damages as needed.

Boarding Fees & Policies

Our private boarding suite is designed just for dogs as their ‘home away from home.’ The suite is the size of a bedroom with a window and French doors for visibility. We have other dogs and may board up to 3 dogs at a time, so the playful dogs will get plenty of supervised socializing. The dogs will also play in an outdoor kennel run, an explore on an outdoor tether, and cuddle up with us for couch time.

Pick Up & Drop Off

Pickup/Drop Off times MUST be scheduled in advance for a 15-30min window. We have other dogs and appointments to honor, so we cannot usually cater to last minute changes. If you need to extend your trip, please give as much notice as possible. We cannot guarantee availability. Transport for your dog(s) can be arranged for an added fee.

Damage To Property

Our facilities are designed for the 'just like home' environment - we do not use loud, overstimulating kennel rooms. We also provide many dog toys, interactions & ways for stimulation. Dogs who cause damage to the indoor boarding suite (scratching at doors/walls, destroying furniture) or excessive damage to the yard will incur fees to cover the repair and keep our facilities functioning.

Food (individually bagged meals preferred)

Upon request, we can provide premium dry food for $1.50/cup

Potty Troubles

We keep our boarding areas clean! Our boarded dogs are let out frequently for potty breaks and outdoor play time, but we understand that accidents DO happen. However, dogs who are not fully potty trained, have bladder control issues or mark territory indoors will require excessive cleaning & maintenance to the boarding areas and incur cleaning charges.

Pick Up & Drop Off

Because we are a private, at-home facility that does not house over 3 dogs at a time, we have the flexibility of accepting unfixed dogs for boarding. If your dog is not fixed, this needs to be disclosed BEFORE booking. Without notification, a fee of $100 for every 3 days will be added to your bill. If the information is disclosed up front, the unfixed fee is $6/day. These dogs require closer monitoring to prevent fights caused by aggression towards other dogs, excessive marking and procreating.

Anxious, Aggressive & Reactive Dogs

Our space is a great choice for dogs with behavioral challenges. Unlike typical kennels, we have a comfortable space with flexible environmental factors. Our family is experienced with and prepared for anxious, aggressive and reactive dogs. There is no *need* to socialize with other dogs or children if they prefer their privacy. Some anxious/aggressive dogs may require a meet & greet prior to booking.
